Is this program Free to attend

Yes! The Coalition is sponsored by the Provincial Government - Child & Youth Services, Department of Families  

Do I have to attend with my child?

Yes, all of our programs require an adult (parent/caregiver/grandparent/etc) to attend with their child. 

Is my child old enough to attend?

If your child is between the ages of birth to age 6, they are welcome to attend, although we do focus our programming on children aged 1-4. 

wHAT SHOULD i BRING?

Indoor shoes area required for both parents and children in all of our indoor locations. You may wish to bring a water bottle as well. 

Eating During the program

We encourage families to eat before attending programming,  however, if this is not possible, some of our programs have the space for you to move just outside the room to have a snack. Please note: not all of our program centres have this option. We also request that you do not bring any snacks that may contain nuts as some participants have life-threatening allergies. A healthy snack is provided at the end of the program.

Can I attend more than 1 (one) program?

Of course! You are welcome to attend as many programs as you like. Just be sure to register separately for each one. 

How do I know if a program is open and running

All programming will run during the dates shown in the program section of this website. If for some reason a program is forced to cancel, there will be a note on the websites main page as well as on Facebook and Instagram. 

Cell Phone use during programming

We discourage the use of cell phones during programming to ensure that you and your child are able to connect and enjoy everything that our programming has to offer.
